Alexandria Roszko realized her love for all things beauty early on in life. In 2015 she attended Avenue Five Institute. Soon after graduating she jump-started her career by assisting and training under a Master Stylist and balayage specialist at Jose Luis salon. Alex has attended multiple classes with Wella color, Sassoon haircutting, Oribe styling, and Hair Talk tape in extensions in which she is certified. She has been published in outlets such as Austin Bridal Magazine and has worked Austin Fashion Week events. Alex continues to learn and grow in her craft by staying up to date on the ever-changing beauty trends. Alex is best known for her love of custom balayage color, tape-in extensions, undone bridal hair, and airbrush makeup. Amanda comes from a long family line of beauticians and knew early in life that this is what she wanted to do. This native austinite started her career doing hair and makeup in 2005. Amanda passion is helping people feel their best and is always up for a good hair color challenge. Before Bex+Co Amanda spent almost a decade with Salon by Milk+Honey at their downtown location as a top stylist and certified color educator. She has been nominated for best Haircut in Austin, has been interviewed by Vogue for her signature take on red hair color, and continues to creatively grow in her craft. With over 25+ years of hairstyling experience Cary specializes in a variety of hair services. She is a Texas native born in San Antonio, however Austin is her playground. Her love and passion for hair begun as a young child. Little did she know shortly after graduating high school it would become reality. She is a certified master colorist from the Wella Hair Academy in Montville, New Jersey. Among some of her other certifications is twisted fringe tape in extensions as well as the Brazilian blowout hair smoothing treatment. Some of her hairstyling experiences was a bridal run way show she worked here in our great city Austin. Originally from DFW, Taryn moved to Austin and set about on her journey to master the art of hair and makeup. After her training at Aveda Arts & Sciences Institute, Taryn was accepted into the prestigious apprentice program at Milk + Honey Salon. Taryn’s exceptional skills and natural talent propelled her from apprentice to Master Stylist in just a few short years. Taryn has been styling since 2012 and specializes in Balayage, Dimensional Blondes, Precision Cuts, and is an expert Makeup Artist. She also loves bridal airbrush makeup and undone bridal hair. I'm a native Texan who grew up on the beach, about an hour south of Houston. I've had a passion for the artistry of hair since I was a young girl & for almost a decade I have been serving & styling the Austin Area. I am a graduate of the reputable Aveda Institute. With extensive knowledge & certifications in the top industry brands such as Wella, Kevin Murphy, & Kerastase to name a few. Everyone always asks me, "What's your favorite thing to do as a stylist?" Naturally, my first love is textured/curly hair. I have an advantage in that realm because it's in my own daily routine. So I always get excited to help a person's curl visions come to life! Maria’s interest in beauty led her to attend cosmetology school here in Austin at the aveda institute. After graduating she moved out to San Francisco where she trained under top stylists at a high end salon in union square. After San Francisco she moved back to Austin to continue working behind the chair and is excited to continue her hair career at Bex + Co. Trained in Vidal Sassoon and Bumble and Bumble razor cutting Maria appreciates the effortlessness of how haircutting and color can look styled but natural.
